This is a pre-ordering model. We set up an online store where everyone is responsible for going online and making their orders. credo rugby is responsible for processing all orders, production, packaging and logistics shipping to the customer's final address and including after sales support (exchanges/refunds). The club doesn't have to do anything but approve the designs and promote the store. There is a 10 piece minimum on every item. The club gets a 20% kickback in store credit. Lead time is 4-5 weeks after the last day to order.
